Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Multifamily Property Manager for multi-site lease-up operations in Illinois. The role will oversee on-site teams, budgeting, marketing, and lease administration to maximize occupancy and revenue across the Naperville/Chicago suburbs area.

The position requires 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience, with Yardi and CRM/Knock experience — on-site Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend tours during lease-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• IL Real Estate License preferred.
• IL Leasing Agent License required within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide high-level customer service to residents and prospects.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Develop marketing programs to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure leasing paperwork, renewals, and file maintenance meet company standards.
