Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities in Richardson, TX. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while maximizing revenue and ensuring compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills, plus experience in multifamily property management and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong computer, negotiation, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage leasing, maintenance, budgets and resident relations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract/retain residents.
• Conduct market research for rental rates and pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders, move-ins, make ready, and service requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, maximize retention.
• Perform property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Address resident concerns and maintain positive community atmosphere.
