Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for our apartment communities in Katy, Texas. You will drive leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations while optimizing revenue.

You will lead a team, implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and ensure compliance with standards. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma required; business/property management education preferred.
• Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely work orders, move-ins, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals and maximize resident retention.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
