ZRS Management is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of apartment communities. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while maximizing revenue and ensuring excellent service.

You will implement marketing strategies, conduct market research on rents, and supervise a team of leasing consultants, technicians, and administrative staff. A high school diploma is required, with business or property management education preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property management is highly preferred.
• Strong computer, verbal, math, and reasoning skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants and staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections for standards and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
