Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Houston, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of apartment communities. You’ll focus on excellent resident service and maximizing revenue. Reports to the Regional Manager and will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing multifamily apartment communities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination and resident relations.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, set competitive rents, and improve occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-readies.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
