ZRS Management seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of apartment communities, driving leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. You will lead a team, implement revenue strategies, conduct market pricing, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Applicants should have experience in multifamily properties, a high school diploma (post-secondary preferred), and a valid driver’s license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong computer, verbal, math and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of property management software and marketing is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and adjust pricing for competitiveness.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-ready tasks.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Perform regular property inspections for standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
