Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager for Multifamily (Affordable) in Portland. The role oversees on-site operations, budgets, marketing, and lease administration while leading a team to deliver high-quality service for residents and prospects.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, forecasting, and reporting, plus ensuring policy compliance and excellent resident relations to maximize renewals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for managerial responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Property Manager with overall building operations.
• Ensure smooth daily community operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and more.
• Provide superior resident service and communication to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork per company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Lead on-site team and model Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Hire interview and coach on-site staff.
• Maintain resident files per standards.
• Foster a positive living environment and resolve conflicts.
• Manage the community budget and finances.
• Coordinate leasing/marketing with staff to meet goals.
