Job summary

The Aurora is seeking an Associate Property Manager for multifamily communities in Portland, OR. You will oversee on-site operations, drive leasing goals, and coach a high-performing team to maximize property performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, tenant relations, and capital improvements, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and renewals while maintaining Cushman & Wakefield standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Property Manager with the overall operations of the building.
• Ensure the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, leases, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Lead on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
