Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing maintenance, budgeting, leasing, contracts, and reports.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to improve satisfaction and renewals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and management.
• Drive revenue through competitive market analysis and creative marketing.
• Supervise on-site operations and enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies.
