Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee day-to-day on-site operations, manage staff and relationships with residents across multiple properties. You will support budgeting, leasing coordination, and service contracts while driving high standards of service and market readiness.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and coordination with leasing staff to meet marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall operations of the building.
• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee operations including maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, marketing, and service contracts.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
