Job summary

Two Coast Living in Stamford, CT is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a sizeable multifamily property. You will assist with leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, admin tasks, and operational reporting to deliver excellent resident service.

You will work with a property manager to coordinate leasing, rent collection, and vendor relations; strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential for daily operations and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
