Job summary

Navarino Property Management seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our residential property in Stamford, CT. You will support the Property Manager in financial oversight, reporting, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include preparing statements, assisting in budgeting, coordinating leasing teams, and implementing business plans to meet performance targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Rent Manager software experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the property's financial and operational performance.
• Assist in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Assist in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Assist in planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Partner with the Property Manager in recruiting, training, supporting the leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
