You will address maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and HVAC, while following safety practices and maintaining timely work orders. This role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and dependable problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks (siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, etc.).
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Promote safety and risk management at the property.
• Respond to emergencies, including weather-related incidents.
• Uphold cleanliness and curb appeal and interact professionally with residents.
