Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC or boiler certifications if applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and perform daily interior/exterior inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Make units ready for occupancy according to company standards; some painting.
• Maintain laundry rooms and common areas per guidelines.
• Handle on-call emergencies as requested by management.
