Job summary

The Yarco Property Management team is seeking a maintenance technician to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs and preventive maintenance across the property. You're responsible for cleaning, upkeep, and responding to resident needs to ensure safe, well-maintained homes and common areas.

Daily duties include appliance and HVAC-related care, painting for make-ready units, pool maintenance where applicable, and on-call support for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; pool/HVAC/boiler certifications preferred.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Physical: lift up to 110 lbs; frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on property and units.
• Maintain laundry rooms, common areas, and grounds.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed (e.g., snow removal).
