Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tigard, Oregon to assist in routine, preventative, emergency and cosmetic maintenance across the property, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle community maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, perform make-ready work, inspect and repair systems, maintain pools and logs, and support safety and compliance while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and on-site upkeep.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Assist with maintenance/repair turn events and scheduling.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and records.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure safety compliance and report hazards.
