The role emphasizes punctuality, professionalism, and proactive service, with tasks including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general upkeep to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (e.g., door entry systems, fire suppression).
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection prep.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and safety on site.
• Complete daily resident work orders and respond to after-hours on-call needs.
