HNN Communities in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for the Puget Park community in Everett. You will support daily maintenance operations, follow safety standards, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor to meet company objectives.

The role requires at least 2 years of related maintenance experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work 18+.

Aufgaben

• Assist in maintaining the community's physical upkeep following safety standards.
• Complete work orders within expected timeframes per policy.
• Assist in make-ready tasks: painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and document make-ready statuses and dates.
• Support safety records, SDS and inventory in company software.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee contractors and act as onsite supervisor in supervisor's absence.
