This on-site role covers the leasing office, common areas, model rooms, and vacant apartments, with daily routines geared toward presenting an appealing living environment.

The position emphasizes timely unit preparation, safety, and clear communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school education acceptable; no degree required.
• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must be able to read product labels and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, common areas, model rooms, vacant apartments, and amenities daily or as directed.
• Maintain tidiness of vacant units and model-rooms to look appealing to residents.
• Prepare vacant units in a timely manner and inform supervisor when done.
• Notify supervisor of major repairs or issues.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and report re-order needs.
