Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to clean vacant units, model apartments, and common areas to prepare for marketing and occupancy. The role works closely with maintenance and the business manager, reporting any issues found during cleaning.

The position requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call including weekends. You will help maintain safety standards, assist with inventory, and ensure units are ready for

Qualifications

Must have strong verbal and written communication in English to interact with team members, residents, vendors and stakeholders.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cleans the property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule.
Cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
Report maintenance problems to the supervisor.
Assist with inventory control.
Perform duties using safety guidelines and report obstacles to doing so.
Make ready units for new move-ins and check appliances; inform Lead Maintenance of problems.
Make keys when necessary.
Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs and replacements.
Change A/C filters.
Operate carpet cleaning equipment.
Assist during trash-out of the apartment, e.g., moving items to the dumpster.
