Job summary

CREI Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments, model units, the leasing office, and common areas across our property. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will perform daily cleaning, assist with move-ins/outs, support maintenance and vendors, and deliver courteous service to residents, guests, and staff while upholding property standards.

• Proficient communication in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as required.
• Broad housekeeping experience and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean apartments and model units daily.
• Clean all amenity areas including lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, and fitness centers daily.
• Assist maintenance and management to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping duties during move-out/move-in and assist contractors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
