Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to clean vacant units, prepare them for marketing and occupancy, and maintain property common areas. The housekeeper reports to maintenance or the business manager and works closely with the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning model apartments, reporting maintenance, assisting with inventory, and following safety guidelines. On-call availability, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with property cleanliness and safety guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model units, and common areas on schedule.
• Cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Reports maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Assists with inventory control.
• Follows safety guidelines and company policies during all tasks.
• Makes ready units for new move-ins and checks appliances; reports problems.
