Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a multifamily property, lead a team, and drive leasing, marketing, and financial performance. You will analyze market trends, ensure compliance, and maintain high resident satisfaction through strong operations and service delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, weekend availability, and a focus on budget management and process improvements to sustain property value and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred in multi-family property management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team; hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Meet revenue targets via short/long-term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast performance, and analyze profitability.
• Prepare financial records, documents, and reports; oversee invoicing and vendor management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive property improvements.
• Oversee lease enforcement processes, inspections, and customer issue resolution.
