Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, lead a team, and ensure outstanding resident service. You will drive occupancy and revenue through leasing and marketing, manage budgeting and reporting, coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships, and uphold RangeWater standards.

This on-site role requires weekend availability and a commitment to safety, quality, and community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• 2–3 years in multi-family property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and evaluate performance.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals through leasing and marketing strategies.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Oversee vendor and contractor management.
• Ensure safety and curb appeal; maintain records.
