Birge & Held, a respected multifamily housing operator in Noblesville, Indiana, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations across multiple communities. You will lead the on-site Customer Experience Team, drive resident satisfaction, and work with centralized support to maximize property value through strong operational discipline.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience in multifamily or hospitality, adept budget handling, and proficiency with Yardi/Onesite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading a team.
• 2+ years of customer service in multifamily or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and property improvements across sites.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
