Birge & Held is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities, ensuring efficiency, curb appeal, and exceptional resident experiences. You will lead the on-site Customer Experience Team, work with offsite centralized staff, and maximize property value through strong operational practices.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience leading a team.
• Two years of customer service experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Proficiency with property management software (Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be a self-starter with proactive, solutions-driven mindset to address concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities to ensure efficiency and curb appeal.
• Manage on-site Customer Experience Team and partnerships with offsite centralized team.
• Lead leasing, prospect engagement, and cross-functional collaboration for occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Resident Screening, Resident Services, and AR teams to support operations and billing.
• Maintain budgets and monitor KPIs to achieve property performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and relevant laws.
