Job summary

Birge & Held, Noblesville, IN, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead day-to-day resident interactions, resolve concerns efficiently, and drive operational excellence across leasing and service delivery.

You will supervise on-site Customer Experience Associates, analyze resident feedback, collaborate with central operations, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, and SOPs while achieving KPIs and community goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service leadership, property management, assistant management, or a hospitality-related role with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience efforts and ensure exceptional resident interactions.
• Oversee and resolve resident concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with central operations to improve leasing performance and resident services.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including move-ins/move-outs and communications.
• Monitor and analyze resident feedback to identify trends and improvements.
