Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, in Michigan to support residents with timely service and high-quality move-in readiness. This role involves making ready apartments, addressing requests, and maintaining common areas to ensure safety and satisfaction.

You will work on plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep. On-call rotation may apply; strong safety knowledge and adherence to local regulations are essential; 1+ year

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Prepares ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
Responds to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and safety of amenities.
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting.
On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs scheduled tasks.
Adheres to state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
Attends required trainings and maintains safety procedures.
