Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle apartment and property maintenance tasks with a focus on safety and curb appeal. You will work under the maintenance supervisor and property manager to deliver high-quality service to residents and properties.

The role requires at least 1 year in property management or related field, basic carpentry and maintenance skills, and a valid driver’s license. A $500 signing bonus is offered after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, and door/lock repair.
• Inspect property for safety and cleanliness and address issues promptly.
• Respond to property emergencies and coordinate with maintenance leadership.
