Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to keep them clean and safe for residents.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent Cushman and Wakefield professionally.
