Job summary

JES Holdings in Rolla, MO is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to upkeep apartment communities and common areas. You will handle resident work orders, perform unit turns, and coordinate with the regional team to keep properties in pristine condition.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• HVAC EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on‑call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Report safety concerns to manager.
• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and relationships with residents and vendors.
