Qualifications

• Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• General maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of community, apartments, common areas and amenities.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repairs promptly.
• Handle resident service requests with excellent customer service.
• Assist with apartment make-readies for new residents.
• Perform general repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and inspect property regularly.
• Support on-call rotation and communicate with community manager.
