Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at multifamily communities. You will perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Valid driver's license required for transporting tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (residential or multifamily).
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Prepare units for new tenants, ensuring high-quality turnovers
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and ensure all equipment operates safely
• Provide courteous, professional communication with tenants and staff
• Maintain accurate service records using maintenance management software
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold property appearance standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
