Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Experience with multifamily properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues on-site.
• Attend emergency calls 24 hours as scheduled and supervise junior staff.
• Inspect and prepare units for turnover and regulatory inspections.
• Record work orders, manage parts inventory, and maintain safety standards.
