Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, make-ready tasks, and responsive service across the property. The role includes daily onsite work, on-call emergencies, and a focus on safety and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist on-call emergency duties and support Maintenance Supervisor.
