Avanath Capital seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards, deliver excellent resident service, and perform skilled trades across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and pools. On-call for emergencies, you’ll help make-ready units and maintain common areas with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in multifamily maintenance, EPA Type II/Universal certification, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is highly desired; CPO is a plus.
• On-call availability for emergencies and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality maintenance service and exceptional resident interactions.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance; diagnose defects and repair per standards.
• Finalize make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Assist grounds, common areas and amenities upkeep; perform routine safety tasks.
• Track inventory, follow material procedures and report reorders to supervisor.
