Job summary

Woodbury Apartments seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior repairs, groundskeeping and routine upkeep for the community.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs, respond to resident requests promptly, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety compliance on-site. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two years maintenance experience or equivalent.
• CPO and CFC Certifications preferred or obtainable in reasonable timeframe.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
• Available for after-hours on-call service on rotating schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1-3 years maintenance experience in multi-family environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or on request.
• Maintain common areas and amenity spaces; assist with grounds upkeep.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliances as needed.
• Respond to resident repair requests and complete work orders timely.
• Ensure resident privacy and safe entry when performing work.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks and services.
