Job summary

Woodbury Apartments seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and grounds keeping at the community. The role involves responding to resident requests, ensuring clean common areas, and adhering to safety protocols.

A strong customer-service approach is required, with the ability to coordinate with vendors and maintain reliable on-call availability. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or G.E.D, 1–3 years of maintenance

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• Strong customer-service mindset when interacting with residents.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance issues as needed.
• Respond to resident repair requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Maintain privacy and deliver excellent customer service during visits.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, pest control, and other services.
