Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Stoneybrook Apartments in Eden, NC. The technician performs interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, resolving repair requests from residents, ensuring safety, and coordinating with vendors. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, 1–3 years in maintenance, and be willing to obtain

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent training.
CPO and CFC certifications strongly preferred or obtainable in a reasonable timeframe.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays and weekends; on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping.
Repair community equipment: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, A/C, and appliances.
Respond to resident repair requests and complete work orders timely.
Maintain resident privacy and deliver good customer service during access to units.
Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and pest control as needed.
Follow OSHA safety requirements and obtain certifications as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
