A valid driver’s license, own tools, and willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties are required; technical certification is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• Own basic set of hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Eligible for rotating on-call schedule and travel within the area.
• Valid driver’s license required.”

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
• Assist in custodial tasks and grounds work as needed.
• refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy (Make Ready).
