Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Canyon Bluffs multifamily community in Spokane, WA. The technician will handle make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and maintain common areas to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, painting and carpentry, with on-call duties and adherence to safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade/tech training preferred.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpet repair, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
