Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Multifamily 11 W property in Portland. You will support residents with quality move-ins, timely service, and attentive maintenance to ensure residential satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing make-ready apartments, basic plumbing/HVAC, painting, carpentry, and grounds upkeep. On-call may be required; a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Prepares make ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Adheres to state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
