Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance and make-ready work at CityScape Residences. The role focuses on repairs, safety, and high-quality service for residents, with on-going opportunities for skill growth.

The position offers base pay around $22.00 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour on-call incentive and potential extra pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications. Full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA standards.
Knowledge of building systems.
Service orientation.
Basic computer skills.
Experience as apartment turn technician or make-ready technician is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain supply of make-ready units.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall issues.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Manager of Facilities and Service.
Share on-call duty with the team and be available in uniform when needed.
Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
