Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards.
• Experience as apartment turn technician or work order technician is desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Diagnose and correct minor AC and heating failures.
• Perform necessary repairs on vacant units.
• Conduct daily pool care.
• Complete minor roof repairs and re-key locks.
• Inspect property for safety hazards.
