Mark-Taylor in Glendale, AZ, is hiring a Service Technician to keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and upkeep, delivering the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

The role requires 1+ year of multifamily maintenance experience and broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool maintenance and related systems. On-call duties add $3/hour, with additional pay for EPA, CPO, OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year multifamily maintenance experience required.
• Broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Basic written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Daily pool care and chemical balance maintenance, ensuring safety.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and inform the Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Share on-call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service and be available in uniform/badge.
