Job summary

ConcordRENTS is a leading Florida property management company with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and community upkeep. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment homes and facilities in excellent condition and responsive to resident needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, preventative care, and timely response to service requests, including turnovers, landscaping, and common-area upkeep. On-call duty may be required to support our communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.
• Experience of 1+ year preferred in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA or CPO certifications may be required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and high resident satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Complete apartment turns with inspections, repairs, painting and cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections (HVAC, detectors, appliances).
• Maintain grounds and common areas, handle irrigation and landscaping tasks.
• Support amenities maintenance and pest control or pool upkeep as certified.
• Assist with moving appliances and resolving resident issues promptly.
• Track service requests and close tickets in the PM system; participate in on-call duties.
