Job summary

Asset Living in Wolfforth, TX is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across our properties. Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will help uphold safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests and work orders, maintaining common areas, and assisting with make-ready tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of the property including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner for community areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with make-ready process and daily upkeep of common areas and grounds.
