Job summary

Asset Living in Richardson, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance, make-ready, and on-site repairs across a community. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handling routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic work in alignment with property objectives.

You will respond to resident requests, perform pool and grounds upkeep, maintain safety standards, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with make-ready processes.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines and keep accurate records of service activities.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
