Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and participates in on-call emergencies as needed.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units, including cosmetic and routine tasks.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep accurate logs (EPA/OSHA where applicable).
• Assist in make-ready tasks and turnover events.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment.
