Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our on-site team at our Wentzville properties. You will perform skilled trades, handle unit turns, and respond to work orders with professionalism and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or commercial maintenance, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and building systems, plus REAC/INSPIRE prep familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to complete unit turns and work orders.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Travel to regional trainings as required.
